Community Presentation Woodville Civic Centre
This presentation is brought to you as part of the part of the City of Charles Sturt Ageing Well Series.
If you are concerned that you, or someone you care about, might have dementia, come to the free community information session to:
- Learn about the difference between normal ageing and the early signs and changes associated with dementia.
- Explore approaches on how to discuss your concerns with others.
- Find out how, why, and when to get an assessment.
- Know the benefits of getting a diagnosis.
- Learn how to reduce your risk of dementia and improve your brain health.
You will also get to hear from Dr Janet who is keen to share her lived experience and positive outlook.
Following the event, light refreshments will be served to allow an opportunity to mingle and chat with other like minded attendees.
